Our used units are never refurbished or repaired. You are getting original, intact units - we fully test each unit before carefully packing and shipping.
Excellent
Very light hairline scratches not easily visible and not noticeable with the screen on. Usually you would need to shine a light on the screen to see them. The back & frame are very smooth with only minimal dents or scratches, if any. We put more emphasis on the front screen condition over the back; so if the screen looks very smooth, but there's a bit more denting on the back and sides, the phone may still be called "Excellent".
Good
Light screen scratches; some may be felt by your nail. Possible dents on the frame and back, but overall in decent shape and still very presentable. We put more emphasis on the condition of the screen, so if the back is very smooth but the screen has multiple scratches, the unit will be considered "Good".
